Your pension is moving to a new home

ZEDRA is the trustee of Magneti Marelli Supplementary Retirement Benefits Scheme. The trustee's job is to run the scheme in the best interests of members.

ZEDRA has been in discussions with Marelli about the options for making sure your pension benefits are secure, now and in the future.

Having looked carefully at the options available, ZEDRA is transferring all the Marelli UK defined benefit (DB) pension schemes, including your scheme, to a new home. The new home is a company called Clara.

The planned transfer date is 16 November 2026. Every member should have received a letter explaining what's happening and what it means for you. You'll hear from ZEDRA again before the transfer to confirm it's going ahead. Members who have not had a letter, or who need another copy, should contact the administrator, LCP.
